Get an email body and its thread

GET/emails/{emailId}/body

Returns the rendered body plus every message of the conversation, oldest first.

Get an email GET

Metadata of one email, without its body. It carries what a reply in the same thread needs: `mailboxId`, `messageId`, `references` and `from`.

Bulk mark-read, delete, apply or remove a label POST

Counts against the quota once per email processed, not once per request. Supports `Idempotency-Key`.
